How long until blood clots dissolve?

I have two blood clots in my leg (deep vein thrombosis), and yesterday I started taking warfarin and Lovenox for them. The pain in my leg has subsided a lot since then (thankfully!!!) but does anyone have an idea of how many days it takes for the blood clots to fully dissolve?

Frequent ventricular ectopic beats - many in consecutive runs of upto 9
Two sets of 5-day holter monitoring revealed short bursts of atrial and ventricular fibrillation
Continuous resting heartrate of 100-105 BPM

Is it normal for a 4 year old to have large blood clots during a bloody nose?

My daughter has bloody noses often. But the last time there was a lot more blood than usual, and she had a few large blood clots. Is this normal?
Just make sure that you tilt her head down, not back. Tilting it back makes it clot.
