		<description>Many time person do not feel any pain just heaviness in the chest !This heavy ness may be so much they could not make it to words and can not say anything !More over diabetic person when gets heart attack may not get pain as their nerves have become dull ! That is why diabetic people gets gangrene in legs  as they don&#39;t feel pain and there will be loss of perception ! Your mother was lucky that she must not have felt pain and she passed away silently !!My brother in law also passed aways during his sleep !
