Of course it's alright to be worried about your health. You don't want to become unhealthy, but you don't want to obsess with it.

I say if it takes all of your strength where you have to count calories in and out, measure body parts like your waist and so on, then you should seek counseling. Not a nutritionist or someone at a gym as they will only further your obsessions, but talk to someone who specializes in therapy.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
