I get huge liver looking blood clots during my periods, and it seems like their getting better. I can always know when their coming because i have omg bad cramps. I barley can find pain killers that works and when i do find some i got to double the douce. I am kind of worried, is this normal?
This happens to me to!!!! It’s happened for over 5 years and nothings happened to me so far. My doctor checked them out and said it was OK.

No u shouldnt be having clots that big. They say that u shouldnt have clots any bigger than a quarter. So i think u should talk to ur doctor bout this.

no really normal - also you are loosing iron by the bucket when this happens. Are you taking a multi vitamin, any iron supplement?
I went to a homeopathic practitioner and have done a liver and kidney detox which helped immensely, and now i am on multivitamins from Melaleuca, which help a lot - i tried all kinds of vitamins on the market but these one were the best for me. Also their fiber product helps, because it improves digestion especially during the period.

they are blood clogs. after all the period consists on blood mostly.
I would suggest cutting all caffeine based drinks and irritants before your period, that usually helps- also having an iron supplement.
if it gets worse visit a gynecologist but you should be ok
