Are you taking a multi vitamin, any iron supplement? I went to a homeopathic practitioner and have done a liver and kidney detox which helped immensely, and now i am on multivitamins from Melaleuca, which help a lot - i tried all kinds of vitamins on the market but these one were the best for me.
