I hate having a heavy period and when i do, i seem to get these big blood clots! Im only 15 and i was wondering what causes them and is this normal?
Clotting is normal in the first few days of your period when it is at its heaviest. It’s nothing to worry about.

its totally norm…though funny story when my periods first started becoming regular and that happened to me for the first time i ran to my mom crying telling her my uterus was falling out in chunks lol….
